Whyte Space Consulting Ltd was founded by Dustin Fischer, an accomplished Head of Strategy professional with a consulting background and over 15 years experience across a range of industries. He is skilled in M&A, strategy development, financial planning & analysis and new product launches. He's supported by a strong analytical skill set with a finance background and an MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from London Business School.

I enjoy working cross-functionally and developing relationships with a broad range of stakeholders including Board level. I can help your business on an independent basis leading internal projects, or to supplement internal or external teams in the following areas:

• Leading Merger & Acquisition activity from landscape review and target identification through to post-merger integration
• Strategy development and execution
• Financial planning and analysis
• Due diligence review and risk analysis, negotiating commercial terms, valuation modeling, and liaising with lawyers, banks, and accounting firms to get the deal done!
